First Baptist Church Seymour exists to glorify God by making much of Jesus. If you visit us you will here us talk a lot about Jesus because He is the reason we are here. We gather to worship God together not because we are better than everyone else, but because God has saved us through Jesus and made us His own. We use the words "BELONG", "BECOME", and "BEYOND" to describe the life that God created us for. By faith in Jesus we come to belong to God and His people. We become more like Jesus as our faith works itself out in love. We go beyond ourselves to tell others the truth about Jesus and show His love to the world.
